The Company
Reach International is working with this global accounting firm to appoint Corporate Recovery Administrators to their Guernsey, Channel Islands office. The ideal candidate would have several years’ corporate recovery experience.
The Role
- Daily case management across a varied client base;
- Assisting in placing companies into insolvency procedures;
- Assisting in management of concurrent engagements and directing the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements to legal authorities, creditors and stakeholders;
- Financial analysis of company financial records, bank statements and other supporting documentation;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Overseeing a client portfolio within the financial services industry;
- Liaising with investment managers, administrators, lawyers, and regulatory bodies;
- Acting as mentor to junior colleagues.
The Candidate
- Prior or current Corporate Recovery experience
- CPI qualification(s) is not essential but an advantage
