The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Advisory Manager in Management Consulting to their Jersey, Channel Islands office.
The Role
- Responsibility for delivery and development of client services including business development, client relationship management, quality assurance and resource management
- Working on a range of transformation initiatives for a diverse range of clients
- Building and maintaining a strong network of clients and potential clients
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of client pitches and proposals
- Ability to interact with the financial services sector and provide strategic input
- Cross-selling firm services within the team
- Motivating team members and providing effective performance management, developing opportunities and career guidance to all members of the advisory team
The Candidate
- Must already be at Manager level in a global accountancy firm
- Must have experience of management consultancy and/ or business advisory and/ or change management and/ or business performance services etc
- Financial services sector experience is not essential but advantageous
- Relevant professional qualification
