The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint a Transaction Services Manager to its Dubai, UAE Office.
The Role
- Executing a number of key projects as a key member of the team
- Project Management across the transactions and advisory workstreams and departments
- Engagement Management
- Experience across pre-deal, post-deal and restructuring engagements
- Contribute to business development initiatives and coach and mentor your team
The Candidate
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or IT. An MBA would be preferable
- Significant M&A Management consulting and Corporate Finance experience
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
- At least 5 years of relevant experience and currently at Manager level in a global accountancy firm
- Strong coaching skills
