The Company
Reach International is working with this global accountancy firm to appoint an Insolvency and Restructuring Director to their British Virgin Islands office. Fully licensed, you will have considerable Insolvency & Restructuring and business development experience.
The Role
- Management of engagements and directing the preparation and completion of reports, accounts, and financial statements to legal authorities, creditors and stakeholders
- Overseeing a client portfolio within the financial services industry
- Liaising with investment managers, administrators, lawyers, and regulatory bodies
- Staff management and team performance
- Business development and practice development
The Candidate
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/ CPA / JIEB or equivalent
- With considerable Restructuring and Corporate Insolvency experience
- Financial Services sector experience advantageous but not essential
